Topic: Heroes

Autumn: Heroes

As part of our topic work this term we our main area of learning is Health & Well-Being. This involves us exploring significant Heroes in our community and the wider world. We will look at what do we think a hero is, how heroes have helped us and heroes who inspire and motivate us in our lives. We will be writing, expressing ourselves creatively and digitally linked to our theme 'Heroes.'

Key information 

•  Big Maths and Turbo Tables tests take place every Friday. Test sheets will be sent out with your child's homework. 
• Spelling tests will take place every Friday. Please can you regularly practice your child's spellings at home. 
• Homework goes out every Friday and should be handed in by the following Wednesday.  
• Reading books need to be brought into school every day and will be changed during the week.
• P.E - Every Thursday afternoon. Please ensure your child brings a P.E kit suitable for indoor or outdoor P.E.
